You are an employee at a local corporation and have been selected for a team to review a security concern. The management is concerned about balancing security with the right to privacy.

Several women have complained that they are being harassed by other women in the room where they change into protective coveralls for the assembly line. They have been taunted, slapped, and tripped. One allegation states that the harassment is racial, another that it is same-sex sexual harassment.

Your team proposes a solution to the problem - to have managers present while the women are changing. Now, though, two other women are objecting to being observed by managers as they change. What solution would you come up with that would balance security with privacy?
