Your assignment is to read the article by Premeaux (2009), conduct your own research, and discuss the effects of unethical organizational

behaviors by companies such as Enron and Arthur Anderson. You will also need to research the companies that have or continue to have

ethical issues in the global marketplace.  Although Arthur Anderson was a global accounting firm, suggest you research another company

with ethical issues in the global market. Once your research has been completed, discuss the positive value of ethical behaviors. The goal is

for you to express your thoughts on the key points of ethics and diversity in management. This discussion will be open-ended to afford you the

opportunity to interact with your mentor and possibly other students during the course.

Your writing should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new
