discrete web storage to application

Now, you should add new pages with lists, at least 1 form, and web storage functionality to your application. Your new pages must include:

• A page header (previously done)

• A page footer (previously done)

• A back button for navigation to the previous page. (previously done)

• A filtered list (previously done)

• One of the list items should use a standard icon. (previously done)

• A new form to collect information from the user. Your form must have at least 5 fields that use at least 3 different types of form elements.

• Must use Web Storage.
