DHA Budget

Having a basic knowledge of how the Department of Homeland Security is organized and how they interact with the other National Security organizations - how would you cut 20% of your budget if you were the Secretary of Homeland Security? These are the fiscal realities we live in, and it has become really interesting for these Agency Directors/Secretaries to "trim the fat".... So - what would you do?
