Developmental Stages of Early Childhood

Write an essay of 750-1,1000 words in which you examine the developmental stages of children from Birth to Age 5/Pre-k and k to age 8/Grade. Create and include in the essay two case studies of 150-200 words each; one should describe a child in Piaget's sensorimotor state of development and one in Piaget's preoperational stage of development.

In addition to the case studies, use the library to research two recent articles on brain development and devote the remainder of the paper to comparing Piaget's two developmental stages to what you find in your research.
