The Development of Juvenile Justice
Kent v. United States McKeiver v. Pennsylvania Breed v. Jones Oklahoma Publishing v. District Court Eddings v. Oklahoma Schall v. Martin Thompson v. Oklahoma Stanford v. Kentucky and Roper v. Simmons are important juvenile cases throughout history. Out of all these cases choose three cases that you believe have been the most important in the development/evolution of juvenile Justice and why. Requirements: 2-3 pages double spaced.
