A rubric, or scoring guide, is an instrument used to assess or score a learner’s work. A typical rubric states the assessment criteria, contains a scale and helps the instructor rate an individual’s work according to the scale.

 

An example attached about illicit drugs, please develop something similar.

Also, there is a copy of the rubric that will be used to score your rubric. PLEASE look it over BEFORE you begin working on your rubric.
