Goals, Programs, and targets – write three paragraphs to represent three goals (or development plans) that a leader can incorporate to overcome 1) weakness of presenting to groups, 2) inability to analyze their audience, and 3) develop their ability to improve their external communication skills.
Conclusion paragraph – write a conclusion to summarize the importance of personal communication development, how it can serve a leader, how knowing one’s weaknesses and strengths is important, and how developing a plan to overcome weaknesses is beneficial
