This assessment item relates to the course learning outcome numbers 4 and 5.
More specifically, the objective of this assignment is for students to:
· Discuss the establishment of a web presence for a small business and discuss the threats and opportunities in doing so.
Details
You are to write a scholarly report that critically evaluates the benefits and costs associated with developing a website for a small business called “Let’s party!”. You should make a case for when the developing of an ASP.NET website is economically viable. Compare other website development technologies and present the recent trends in website development. Also discuss the development of a corresponding mobile website and discuss how the two differ and what costs benefits arise from developing both.
You should submit your report online using the Moodle learning system. All sources must be properly referenced. Use the following marking scheme to guide your report.
