Post an essay in which you apply your knowledge of project planning to analyse the following scenario:

1- A client of an IS/IT software project suggests that the manager of the project develop the project plan in more detail as the project progresses.

2- Discuss the suggestions that you, as the project manager, would make to the client in relation to project costs and schedule.
