Design a Scientific Survey

Identify an issue that is facing AT&T mobility. This could range from a product question to a social issue to a change in company policy on some matter. Explain what the issue is and why this matters to the organization. 

• Develop a survey to get a response from a mailing of 25,000 customers. 

• For each survey question, explain why you are asking this question and what the response will tell the company. 

• This assignment should be a total of 3 to 6 pages

The four elements of a survey are: 

1. the sample, 
2. the questionnaire, 
3. the interview, and 
4. the analysis of results
