Describe a time when you were part of a team

Describe a time when you were part of a team (work, sport, social) where you experienced success or you experienced dysfunction or failure. After viewing the Video of Patrick Lencioni discuss the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, write a paper that introduces the 5 dysfunctions into the team situation and describe the impact these 5 dysfunctions had on the team that experienced dysfunction or failure. In the case of a successful outcome, then reverse the 5 dysfunctions into positive influences that helped the team. In other words, how did trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and, attention to results bring direction and success to your team.

The paper must be 2 to 3 pages in length, typed, double-spaced, 12 font. It will be collected at the beginning of class. If the paper is delayed, your grade posted will be an “incomplete” until I receive it.
