**Use vocabulary only from Unit VII**

Instructions:

1.  Find at least 5 S.A.T.-worthy derivatives: Use a dictionary.  These should be words that you do not already know.The tendency for students is to make this assignment less meaningful by using words like “certain,” “anxious,” or “rumor.”

2.  Identify the part of speech of the word.

3.  Define the word.

4.  Write a sentence for each derivative that illustrates the meaning of the word.
