Defining International HR Functions
describe the priorities for designing an HR function in your industry of study. This is the baseline for any company in your industry doing business anywhere in the world. Consider each of the major functions you have studied:
- Employment and retention.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Training and development.
- Employee relations.
- Global workforce management.
- Corporate social responsibility and ethics.
For each area listed above, develop an objective, and include a supporting rationale, which will be your focus for all HR activities within that function.
Submit your two- to three-page assignment to your instructor when complete. Refer to the Defining International HR Functions Scoring Guide prior to submission to ensure you have met all of the requirements of the assignment.
