Decision Science Excel Simulation based on Flow Chart

This has the description of the whole project as an attachment (Banyan State University). I am attaching Red Lion Scarves and Clark Property Management. These are 2 smaller cases we did in class so you get an idea of the professor and what she expects.  I need the flow chart made on vizio (like the one I attached, but the one in the picture of the board with red marker is the correct one the teacher gave us) and I also need the simulation on excel. Send me the excel before making the report, so I double check with the professor that I am on the right track before doing the report. I need an A+ on this, so only write if you  know exactly how to do this, thanks!
