Now that you have received feedback, you are ready to incorporate the changes that are needed. In addition, you will add at least 2 more components to your presentation of 10-12 PowerPoint slides with speaker notes of 75-150 words to complete the quality-improvement process for this project. This will provide an opportunity for the program to be reviewed and accredited by all accreditation agencies. Include the following in your submission:

• Include a policy that implements a procedure for achieving continuous quality improvement (CQI).
• From the statistics collected in your Final Project provide a graph that depicts your data outcome.
