  Calculating and graphing descriptive statistics to summarize and describe the data. Calculating sample mean, median, standard deviation...etc. and graphing pie chart, line chart, histogram... etc. 

  Deciding on an appropriate analysis
One population case: Constructing confidence interval estimation on mean, variance or proportion, and testing a hypothesis for a single sample.
Two population case: Constructing confidence interval estimation on the difference of means, variances or proportions, and comparing the means, variances or proportions of populations by tests hypothesis. Two or more population case: Comparing means of the population by analysis of variance.
