For this Discussion you will be required to make a substantial posting but will not be required to interact with classmates.
International business etiquette happens to be one of the more important sets of skills that a hospitality professional must develop in order to become a global asset to a hospitality organization. Much of what you must consider not only has to do with learning the language of other cultures, but the body language, dining habits, greetings, and many other behavioral actions that are culturally acceptable or unacceptable must be realized.
The Culture Crossing© 2014 website has lots of information regarding cultural etiquette. Go the website and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and choose "Cuture Guide".

You should look at three different international cultures to gather information for your posting.
Discuss your understanding of cultural etiquette in a country (other than where you live now) of your choice. Compare information on the language, body language, corporate cultural behaviors, dining habits, etc. with your current culture of origin.
