A hacker in France steals $10,000,000 from the U.S. Bank in New York City. You have been asked to investigate the case. Please discuss the legal issues surrounding the case. Also, you have identified the individual involved.  How can we bring him back to the U.S? Is it possible? Please advise, identifying resources and citations as required.
