Customer Service Paper 

You will visit a local store or business and interview the manager regarding customer service. 

Ask the manager if you may talk to the employees and observe customer service in action.  Take notes while observing what you see and hear on how employees treat customer. Ask to look at service manuals, check their website, advertisements, catalogs, and brochures to find literature on their philosophy and/ or commitment to customer service. 

As a customer, what type of customer service do you expect?  What are the skills you would expect from employees in all areas of the business?
Evaluate what you see based on your own experiences and based on what you read in the text.  

Your paper should be between 5-7 pages, double-spaced.
Be sure to give the name, address, phone # of business your visit along with the manager’s name.
