Identify the Little Things (1 page) that could make a difference for both internal and external customers. Be sure that the little things you write about are "little things" that are applied to the customer service issues you identified in your lesson one assignment. 

 

Complete a section on Insights (1 page) about current customer turnoffs, or pet peeves, in terms of business operations; and what new trends you could introduce to eliminate those turnoffs. All of these turnoffs should be related to the customer service issues you identified in week one. Make sure they are part of the same business you identified. In addition, include a section on how getting the right Feedback (1 page) could improve customer service - how to collect it and how to recover lost customers based on what the feedback tells you.
