In this research paper, you must choose a current event, trend, or condition impacting U.S. foreign policy toward the Middle East, conduct high-quality research related to the same, and write a 6–8-page research paper providing a concise but thorough analysis of the chosen current event, trend, or condition and its impact on U.S. foreign policy toward the Middle East.   

The paper must be in current Turabian and must include a title page, an introduction, a conclusion, and reference page also in current Turabian format. You must include citations to a sufficient number of appropriate scholarly sources to fully support your assertions and conclusions. The paper must contain at least 4–5 scholarly sources original to this paper.
