Albert John Dunlap, also known as “Chainsaw Al” and “Rambo in Pinstripes” was hired by the Sunbeam Company, makers of small household appliances, to turn the company around. He was eventually fired by the board having cut thousands of jobs and reducing the company to practically a skeleton. Describe some of the factors that might lead a health care organization toward, as Graber suggests in your text, “a neurotic style” (pg 286). Also, describe how health care organizations should avoid such actions. Clarify/explain why you selected these.
