Write a 1/2 page to 1 page cultural self-analysis, based on how you compare yourself to your fellow classmates (and based also on your own personal experience), which addresses the following Hofstede Dimensions:

Power Distance -- how do you relate to power, authority and hierarchy?

Individualism v Collectivism -- how do you relate to groups, teams and societies (preference for group integration/assimilation, or preference for individuality and personal achievement)

Uncertainty Avoidance -- how do you relate to rules, traditions, and schedules (prefer them or prefer loose, open structures)

Masculinity v Femininity -- how do you relate to assertiveness, competition, status, and financial achievement as compared to nurturance, love, peace and relaxation

Long term orientation -- how far do you look ahead (preference for long-term planning, reverence for history/tradition OR living in the moment, today and short term is what matters)
