Explore how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will play a role as an element of change management for the workforce in the 21^st century.

Consider how sustainable business will play a role in addressing each element of the Triple-Bottom Line (TBL).

Focus on the three elements of the TBL:

• The People
• The Planet
• The Profit

Develop a 750-word academic paper that addresses the three elements and presents a proposal for how companies should operate in a sustainable manner to bring change that leads to socially-responsible prosperity into an organization.

State how adapting to this new model can be achieved in an existing organization.
