1. The police department receives a call for service at a residence that is well known to the department because of the individual who lives there. The individual has psychological issues and the department routinely has to make contact with him because of his behavior. However, today the call has a more sinister tone than previous calls because the caller is reporting that the individual is screaming at cars that passes by his residence and may have a gun on him. What is your step in this scenario?
