Crisis Communication Plan Outlline

I need a Crisis Communication Plan.

 The Crisis Communication Plan can be for an organization of your choice. It is prefered that it is a U.S organization.

It must cover these areas at a minimum:

 Title page (with clear identification of organization)

 Statement of purpose

 Scope

 Situations and assumptions

 Audience profile 

     Chains of command/approval processes (operations) 

    Key communication strategies 

   Delegation of responsibilities 

  Evaluation of communication efforts

 Guidelines specific to social media use 

   References
