Your assignment is to give me your take/opinion on the use of municipal courts in dealing with the social issue of Homelessness. .and other infractions that the court has jurisdiction over. ..provide me with a two- to -three page opinion paper..(your thoughts your opinions and take on this issue is what I am looking for not some other scholar).
