Choose an area in the criminal justice field such as law enforcement, corrections, or the judiciary, to name just a few examples (it may be the area you also will examine in your portfolio project). Reflect on the need and importance of leadership in this area.
In a 2-3 page paper, evaluate how effective leadership in this area promotes the greater good.

Make sure to support your thesis with examples from the readings, your research, and personal observations.
As always, APA style per CSU-Global guidelines is required for documenting your sources.
