Designing a Crime Solution

As a Crime Analyst or Crime Specialist for the City of Albany or Dougherty County (or whatever City, County, State of any entity you choose) you have been asked by your boss to design a proposal on how to combat rising crime problems in the city, county, state, etc. Develop or design a proposal outlining your ideas and plans on how to solve and combat this rising crime problem which is creating other social problems for the city, county, or state.
