Thesis statement:

The rehabilitation of criminals is a better option, despite being a contentious issue, criminal justice professionals and investigators should subordinate retribution of criminals because it is defective and has failed to meet expectations of offering equitable justice through ordering restitution or assessment of fines but rather prioritize in rehabilitation which eliminates slack for crime commitment but impact sound morals and responsibility for own life and actions thus reestablish themselves within the society.
