Create a Wellness Program

As the HR manager of a distribution and warehouse firm with 600 employees, your job is to discuss the company wellness program at an executive staff meeting next week. 

In preparation for that meeting you are to write a 2-3 page paper where you research and discuss the following topics:

• What a wellness program is
• How it can benefit the company and employees
• The process for establishing it

Note:  To aid in developing your presentation to the executives, consult the website www.welcoa.org and/or any other applicable websites you can locate through your research efforts.

Include a cover sheet and 2-3 references. Only 2 to 3 website reference will be allowed (not Wikipedia).  Please adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), 6th ed., 2nd printing when writing and submitting assignments and papers.
