You are about the hire an editor to help with the production of a script for a documentary on the lives of illegal immigrants in Texas (see previous assignment, Writing a Personal Services Contract).  Because the contracted editor will have access to proprietary information, you want him/her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.  Also, you do not want the editor to take the skills he/she developed on the contract and begin competing against your company, so you want him/her to sign a non-competition agreement.
