Please go to the following website. Read at least three articles and choose 1 for your case study. Create an OUTLINE for your paper (the paper is due November 22nd) with at least three points.  You only need to submit the following for this assignment:

1.  Three articles that you read (list them)

2.  TOPIC of INCIDENT

3.  LINK TO CASE STUDY

4.  THREE MAIN POINTS of your PAPER that you expect to write on (OK to modify later)

You may base your paper and this outline on the following questions (do not include these questions written out, but you may use these as development ideas:

1. What occurred that was a possible violation of any FARs?

2. Why did this case go to the FAA?

3. Why was the case dismissed or prosecuted?

4. What can we learn from this case that can help us from having the same situation happen to us?
