Create original 1,050 word paper on Reliability and Validity with minimum of two online references that are credible and in-text citations

I have a paper that I just can not complete tonight because my team paper is due, I am having to do almost all the work. Can you possibly do the following paper?  Do you need parts of ebook possibly the summaries of each chapter? Please remember about references that are online (since online course)  and in-text citations please.  I usually prefer to the maximum or a little over in word count to ensure a good grade.  I am prior military if that helps with the way I might write.  Lots of passive sentences......  trying to fix but have not yet.  other than that the due time would be MIdnight or sooner EST so that I would have time to submit through our Writepoint and plagiarism checker.  Thank you

Refer to Ch. 4 and 5 of Beginning Behavioral Research.

• Provide examples of a data collection method and data collection instrument used in human services research. Why is it important to ensure that these data collection methods and instruments are both reliable and valid?
• Provide examples of a different data collection method and a data collection instrument used in managerial research. Why is it important to ensure that these data collection methods and instruments are both reliable and valid?

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines and include at least two references.(and in text citations)
