(6e) In this final component of your course project, you will apply concepts that relate to performance-based pay, benefits, health and well-being, and union-related activity to your selected case study.

Refer to your selected integrative case as you complete the following:

• Write a half-page response to the following question: What is the approach to performance-based pay used by the company? How effective is it? If it is not effective, how can it be improved?
• Write a one-page response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Questions 1.a. and 1.b. on page 470. Apply the questions to your selected company and do not compare the two companies.
• Write a one-page response to “Projects to Extend Your Learning” Questions 1.a. and 1.b. on page 512. Answer both questions in regards to your selected company only.
