Course Project - Annotated Bibliography

For this module's project component, develop an annotated bibliography using at least 4 sources that will help you write your plan. Follow the steps below to determine the most beneficial mix of resources.

• Determine if the change you are suggesting is a process (group), individual, or intergroup/organization-wide change.
• Find 2 articles for the annotated bibliography about a company (or companies) that have used interventions to solve a problem similar to the one you have identified for your project.
• Next, choose one region from China, Japan, India, or Mexico and find 2 articles about using organizational development in that region.

Note: you may or may not end up using these exact sources in your plan, but you're off to a good start with your research. Remember, you will need a minimum of 5 sources for your complete project. Your course faculty member can answer any questions about this assignment and guide you in the right direction.
