There is much information that can be gained by looking at the big picture.  When you are evaluating your client (that is a client comes in and you are trying to determine if the client has a permanent disability and get an idea of what kind of services they may need), you will have to read medical or psychological report.  This will tell you quite a bit about the client’s current medical or psychological condition.  In this assignment, you will review either the Medical Evaluation posted or the Psychological Evaluation posted.  You will then write a 2 page paper about your observations including any questions that you may have about the client.  What does this evaluation tell you about the client?  Does it assist you in determining what kind of work this person may be capable of?  What questions do you have after reading the report?   I am not asking you to write a psychological or medical report.  We are not qualified to do that.  I am asking you to read the report and report to me what you learned from reading it.  What kind of questions do you have about the client after reading the report? Does the report indicate any strengths or weaknesses?  Does it give you any clues about the clients' limitations? Submit your paper to the instructor below by uploading it.
