FIRST.  The new Indiana State law, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, has created a firestorm of opinion. 

(a.)  Please read at least three(3) common recognized news media articles of your choice.

(b.)  Make sure one of the readings contains a good summary of the RFRAct.

(c.)  Identify what you believe to be the top driving issues.

(d.)  Then write a Pros-vs.-Cons essay on a few of the ethical issues you see see them. 

(e.)  Be sure you have separate (i.) your Professional pros-&-cons from (ii.) your own Personal Preference pros-&-cons.

SECOND: The painfully tragic circumstances around Lufthansa's GermanWings airline crash have triggered a complete re-examination of what constitutes individual employee personal medical rights of confidential information. This is tough, tough call between safety, protection of all employees, and protection of al the people/constituents who must depend and trust the employing organization. IF today's news releases alleging that Lufthansa, et al. were aware of the young pilot's earlier mental health treatments, then the liability for this tragedy is likely to be ruled open-ended (unlimited) liability. How do you see this situation
