Converting a Recipe
Step 1: Choose a recipe that has at least 4 ingredients.
Step 2: List all the ingredients and the amount of each ingredient in the recipe. Also list the number of servings it makes (must be servings for more than 1 person or your assignment will be reset). You do not need to list the directions, only the ingredients. [10 points]
Step 3: Choose at least four of the ingredients to convert. For each ingredient, set up a proportion that will find the amount needed of that ingredient to make a recipe for 50 servings. Showing all work, find the amount of each of the four ingredients you chose. [10 points per ingredient = 40 points]
Step 4: Submit all work and answers to your teacher for grading.
