Intellectual Ownership of the LTC.

 

LTC has the right to ownership of any and all IP created and modified while working/employed with our Company LTC (Learning Team C) is in its whole entirely.  LTC will retain all right, title and interest in and to the Licensed Technology, including all worldwide Technology and intellectual property and proprietary rights.  Employee under contract/employment is to assign all rights, title and interest in such modifications to the licensor.
