Phyllis agrees to purchase a throughbred horse from a world renown trainer but only after the horse passes a physical since the cost of the horse is several thousand dollars. The appointment for the vet is set for the following week but the day before the appointment there was a breech in the fence and the horse was unfortunately killed by a passing motorist. Explain what becomes of the contract. What oblications if any does the seller have to the buyer.
