Need Recognition (internal/external), Information search (internal/external), evaluation of alternatives (determinant criteria), Choice (HH influence) and post purchase behavior. 
Think of a recent purchase you have made. Examine each of the five stages of the buyer decision process and detail your experiences in each stage.
