Create a detailed estimate using Appendix F from the textbook “Estimating in Building Construction.” This appendix includes a detailed set of plans to be used in the construction of a new convenience store. 

Using Microsoft Excel, include quantities and pricing for site work, concrete, masonry, steel, and roofing. Also include pricing for all necessary equipment to be used along with any other general expenses. 

Provide a total cost for the project including allowances for overhead expenses and profit.  Once the estimate is complete, write a summary (using Microsoft Word) of the bid preparation and closing process. 

Support work with research from the online course material, textbooks, and outside sources if necessary. Properly cite all sources using the APA format.
