computer information system HW

I have an IEEE paper which needs editing. This paper talking about a fesibilty study of Smart Stadium Watching for King Abduallh Stadium. I collected all the techinques for this project but I would like to know all the limitation for this techinques when we combine them togethere. Also I have to mention the current status of the system and what my fesibilty study can enhance in the old system. I have submitted the IEEE with the editing in red text. also I submit a record of my advisor describing the editing in details, but I couldn't upload it I can send it to your email. The current status for the stadium, they are using 180 camera all around the stadium but in very old tracking system which is manually from the control room they can move the camera on the audience to watch their behavior, in my opinion you may need to search about it lil bit. 

I don't need a lot of writing I only need like 1 page but you can't write one page unless you read it carefully and understand the articles that refernced at the end of the paper.
