Computer Forensics

You will do the following:

1) write at least a 800 word APA style report on your research title Computer Forensics using MS Word

2) incorporate relevant tables and/ or graphs/ charts created in MS Excel into your Word document

3) includes reference page

for the research you can use several sources:

1) books, trade magazines, print journals, online journals, online database(the library has several), websites, etc. make sure you cite any and all  sources used. 

2) prepare a single, consistent, integrated, professional looking document.

3) use MS Word

4) use double spacing, use page numbers, 

5) use headings and sub-headings for different topics.

6) prepare a cover (title) page and a table of contents

7) use cover sheet with: your name, the class number and section, the instructor's name, the date.

8) make the report readable and pleasant looking. Leave plenty of white space and make good use of paragraphs and indented sections.

9) use bold type and underling for emphasis, but don't overdo it.

10) do not overload the text with details. Present what is necessary for clarity in the body of the report and place supporting material in appendices.

11) in sentences use numerals for values of 11 and over and write them out for values to ten and under.

12) exception: don't start a sentence with a numeral, use numbers for page, figure, and table references.

13) avoid run-on sentences, wordiness, and incomplete sentences, be consistent in your use of tense, make sure subjects and verbs agree, to make your sentences more interesting, use synonyms, use proper punctuation.
