Computer Control of Dynamic Systems

I need some one whos an expert in matlab and and power systems to do the homework 

The homework will be provided as an attachment ans I need it to be followed as stated otherwise i wont do a handshake, also each of the questions which going to be mentioned in the pdf attched need an "m.File" as well as its "mdl.File" and they should be organized and done in different files 

Example: 

part (a) need an "m.file" and also "mdl.file" both in the same folder

part (b) need an "m.file" and also "mdl.file" both in the same folder

I do this because its easier for me to see that the work is complete 100% so we can avoid any kind of problems.

The DUE date as mentioned above is today by 8:00 PM ...
