 Using Wal-Mart as the organization selected, do a research from last week’s Environmental Scan Paper (refer to  

 attached word document with all research performed) for this assignment and comply with the following  

 requirements:

 

          1) Decide which competitive advantages the selected organization has in common with the companies  

              researched last week (Companies research were: Toyota, ATT, Coca Cola, Apple, Qantas Airline, Nike and  

              A.O Smith Water Products) and estimate which competitive strategies the selected organization could use to  

              improve innovation and sustainability of business operations both in the United States and in the global  

             market.

 

          2) Explain why you chose these competitive strategies and estimate how they might affect sustainability of long-

              term organizational Performance.

 

          3)  Explain how the global market would affect the business strategy of the selected organization.

 

          4)  Summarize your findings in a 1000-word paper.

 

          5)  Ensure to comply with all requirements especially with Requirement #1 and present an analysis and

               comparison by covering the main points of what is required (see underline portion on instruction #1 for  

               details). 

 

          6)   Use the attached papers, as References to determine which competitive advantages and competitive  

                strategies are the ones in common to Walmart and explain.

 

          7)     NO Plagiarism / must be original work

 

          8)     Include at least 3 References
