Compare age groups

Compare needs, values, and motivations for two age groups of workers and how you would interact with them in a supervisory role. Remember to be tactful and avoid stereotypes through the use of scholarly research (use business journals rather than Internet blogs for support).  If you have a dissenting opinion with what is shared by a classmate, explain and support rather than just say you disagree.
