PERSONAL COMPANY ANALYSIS

Prepare a one page drafts of the following analyses of your company Chesapeake Lodging Trust CSHP).   Please try to attach/insert all of the following

Remember that in strategy we are not interested in far-fetched hypotheticals or how many weaknesses you can identify on four sheets of paper.  Under each "area" (for example, entry/exit barrier in Porter or "Strengths" in SWOT), you should have no more than three key items listed - the three elements that really matter.   CEOs are paid a lot of money to be very simple minded.  Because otherwise they would waste a lot of time they don't have on things that do not matter.   A factor in an IFE matrix with a weight of 5% has no bearing on the answer, so don't include it.  If you feel compelled to share more, at least "draw a line" between the key items on any given list and all the rest. The test of a strategist is being able to figure out what matters, not what might matter under bizarre circumstances.
